Job Summary:

East Lindsey Medical Group is a well-established and highly regarded medical practice with two sites located in Louth and Tetford. We have a CQC overall rating of Good as of April 2019.

The Position: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to delivering outstanding healthcare services.

Position Details:

• Role: Salaried General Practitioner
• Location: 2 sites as below:

Newmarket Surgery – 153 Newmarket, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 9EH

Tetford Surgery – West Road, Tetford, Lincolnshire, LN9 6QP

• Contract Type: Permanent
• Sessions: 6 – 8 Sessions per week
• Competitive Salary Package

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients in accordance with best practice guidelines.
• Conduct consultations, assessments, diagnosis of patients’ health conditions and SystmConnect capability.
• Prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using SystmOne.
• 15-minute appointments

Essential Requirements:

• GMC registration and inclusion on the GP register.
• MRCGP qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience working as a General Practitioner in a primary care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
