Practice Manager | St Peter’s Hill Surgery

St Peter’s Hill Surgery are seeking a proactive and motivated Practice Manager to join our friendly team who will bring enthusiasm and commitment to the role.

We are a well-established GP training practice that is focussed on delivering high quality patient care, within a supportive culture, which aims to ensure a good work life balance is maintained for all staff.

The successful candidate will need to be able to work collaboratively with the Partners to develop and implement strategy, be responsible for organisational leadership, successfully deliver against service targets whilst managing change and improvements both for the organisation and the services we provide.

We are looking for a confident and resilient individual with excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will enable the practice to continue to run smoothly, whilst leading the management team and responding to the diverse and dynamic nature of general practice healthcare.

They will be responsible for the financial efficiency of the practice and all aspects of health and safety, HR and Care Quality Commission compliance. They will also have the ability to work well with others, both within the organisation and with external colleagues and organisations. Experience in a primary care or GP setting is desirable, previous general management experience is essential.

Salary range: £45-60,000 per annum

Hours per week: 37.5hrs
