Job Summary:
Are you an excellent people manager with an eye for detail who would like to lead a friendly and well organised team? Come and join our vibrant, forward-thinking Practice in the beautiful Lincolnshire villages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, human resources, and be very organised whilst managing multiple practice operations at once.
Responsibilities
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice
– Manage financial aspects including budgeting, financial reporting and payroll
– Lead and supervise staff members to ensure efficient workflow
– Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures
– Coordinate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
– Handle patient enquiries and ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
– Previous experience in a high-level management role is highly desirable
– Proven ability in financial management within a healthcare environment
– Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising staff members
– Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
– Knowledge of GP software systems is advantageous
