Job Summary:

A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly, supportive and dedicated team.

We are looking to appoint an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner who can work effectively within our clinical team. The successful applicant will work as an autonomous practitioner, undertaking patient assessment, diagnosis, clinical management and prescribing for patients with illness or injury. This may be by face to face consultation, telephone or online consultation. We would consider a newly qualified ANP/ACP and would provide ongoing mentorship for learning needs and support and are keen to support additional skills or areas of interest.
