Redesign of the NHS App

The NHS App has been redesigned to make it more intuitive and simpler for patients to find and access services.

Over the next few weeks, patients will be prompted to update their NHS App.

They will see an updated home page, simpler structure, and easier-to-understand language within the NHS App.

We’re hoping to start the roll out before Christmas.

Some services have moved within the NHS App, but all the services patients need are still available.

Download the colleague pack to find out what’s changing and how you can support patients.
