SPECIAL MEETING: Primary/ Secondary Care Interface (Grantham area)

Strengthening relationships and working through challenges.

We welcome colleagues from a variety of primary and secondary care organisations to put faces to names and discuss interface challenges in a safe and friendly environment. The aim is to strengthen relationships and build communication networks in order to make day to day interface easier for everyone with the aim of reducing unnecessary workload and improving patient experiences.

Belton Woods Hotel, Belton, Grantham NG32 2LN (TBC)

This is a free face-to-face event for Lincolnshire GPs, ACPs, Practice Managers, and Secondary Care Clinicians

This meeting will include:

  • A light supper & refreshments
  • Group introduction and interface hot topics
  • Networking

This is a great opportunity to share examples of experiences both positive and constructive. It is also a chance to meet the person behind the title and to hear another perspective as well as voice your own.

This is also a good opportunity to record some time for GP appraisals.

 

Please share this page with your colleagues, we will be more likely to make a difference if we have good attendance from both Primary and Secondary Care.

Terms

  • Training is often funded or subsidised by the Lincolnshire LMC, if you need to cancel the place, you can do so online up to 7 days before the event date after that time please contact the Lincolnshire LMC on 01522 576 659.
  • If you fail to cancel your place within a reasonable time then you/ your employer may be invoiced for the cost of the place.
  • We ask that prior to booking, attendees check their calendars to make sure they are not on leave or have other commitments. We also ask that attendees give as much notice as possible when cancelling, so that the place can be used by someone else.
