Problems accessing the new CQC Provider Portal [ARCHIVED]

CQC launched their new provider portal on 12 March 2024.

We have been advised that some people have had difficulties trying to sign up.

CQC are working quickly to resolve these issues and will be in touch very soon to let you know when they’re fixed.

For now, if you haven’t been able to sign up to the new portal you can continue to submit notifications to CQC via email.

If you’ve already contacted our contact centre, they’ll be working as hard as possible to respond to your query.

Otherwise please wait to sign up to the new portal until we’ve notified you that these issues are fixed.

Visit the CQC Wesbite for more information.
