Measles resources for Primary Care

You will likely have seen media coverage on an increase in cases of Measles, mainly concentrated in the West Midlands.

Resources have been created and are attached to inform your staff and patients of what to look out for and what to do if cases are suspected.

Posters are also included to display in practices and on practice website.

The increase in cases is also a potentially opportunity to contact any patients eligible who do not have complete MMR vaccination history.

We would encourage practices to be aware of this information and to update their staff of this as well.
