Overview:

This training programme will focus on enhancing the participants’ ability to effectively manage their time, energy, emotions, and personal productivity. The goal is to build greater self-awareness and discipline, leading to improved work performance, resilience, and well-being.

Microsoft Teams: This session will require each attendee to have access to a computer or smart device with a camera, speakers and microphone.

Tracy Dell, Practice Business Manager and Locum, Lambert Medical Centre

Tracy has been a Primary Care Manager since 2003 working in Practice, Business and Primary Care Network Manager roles. She has extensive healthcare management experience in general practice, primary care, secondary care and the voluntary sector. Tracy is currently a Practice Business Manager for Lambert Medical Centre in North Yorkshire. She also provides independent management consultancy services and delivers training in all aspects of primary care. Her main areas of interest are workforce development, compliance, collaborative working, optimising the use of IT systems, improving efficiencies and streamlining work processes. Tracy is the co-founder of Locum Practice Management (LPM): https://locumpm.co.uk/, a trustee for Calderdale Carers Project and an advocate for the support and care of our military veterans.

  • Training is often funded or subsidised by the Lincolnshire LMC, if you need to cancel the place, you can do so online up to 7 days before the event date after that time please contact the Lincolnshire LMC on 01522 576 659.
  • If you fail to cancel your place within a reasonable time then you/ your employer may be invoiced for the cost of the place.
  • We ask that prior to booking, attendees check their calendars to make sure they are not on leave or have other commitments. We also ask that attendees give as much notice as possible when cancelling, so that the place can be used by someone else.
