Using real life examples this course will provide context to support delegates in developing their skills to effectively carry out signposting and triage duties.
Frontline staff will already be involved in performing informal triage duties even if the practice has not created a formal process. This session is aimed at putting this informal experience in a context that helps the staff
member to develop their skills. It is aimed at helping GP Receptionists, and other patient facing staff, develop their key skills.
We will look at the importance of being on the frontline of your organisation.
The session is tailored to the needs of Lincolnshire General Practice.
