Join our friendly and professional team at the Welby Practice, serving Bottesford, Harlaxton, and Waltham on the Wolds. As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the warm, welcoming face of our practice, ensuring every patient experience is seamless and positive.

You’ll handle everything from booking appointments and managing patient information to supporting our fantastic clinical team. If you’re ready to make a difference in people’s lives every day, this is the role for you!

Working Hours

30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shifts between 08:00 and 18:30

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s proactive, personable, and thrives in a team-focused, fast-paced environment. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • Customer Service Superstar: Experience handling enquiries face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident with IT, especially Microsoft Office (SystmOne experience is a bonus!).
  • Calm Under Pressure: Able to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Team Player: Flexible with hours and duties to help cover holidays and absences.
  • Excellent Communicator: Articulate and approachable.
  • Driving Licence & Transport: Essential for this role.
  • All offers are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
