Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to become part of our friendly rural practice team located 11 miles east of Lincoln. You will work within our valued multidisciplinary team enabling us to provide and maintain the highest possible standard of care for our patients. You will be an enthusiastic and motivated ANP.
The successful Advanced Nurse Practitioner will work as an autonomous practitioner, diagnosing, managing and prescribing for patients with illness or injury. This may be by face-to-face consultation, telephone or video consultation.

In accordance with the practice timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will be available to undertake a variety of duties, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, occasional home visits and dealing with queries, and clinical admin.

- GMS practice with a list size of 3900 patients.

- 3 GPs, 2 Practice nurses, 1 Nurse Associate, 1 HCA also supported by ARRS staff including clinical pharmacist, first contact physiotherapist, occupational therapist, mental health nurse, pharmacy technician and care coordinator.
