We are looking to recruit two new highly motivated and enthusiastic Patient Care Advisors to join our busy, friendly team who provide a high quality and efficient service to our patients.

About the roles:

The positions are for 22 hours per week (permanent) and 17.75 hours per week (permanent) and applicants must have a flexible approach to working within the team rota system.

We currently open Monday to Friday and hours may range from:

7.45am to 8pm on a shift / rotation basis. Some ad-hoc weekend hours will be required to fulfil extended access requirements and will form part of your contract of employment.

You must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided for the suitable candidate.
