Job Summary:

Gosberton Medical Centre is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide leadership and support to our practice team. The successful candidate will have experience managing teams and working within the NHS, ensuring the smooth running of the practice.

Gosberton Medical Centre is a friendly, dispensing three-partner practice, looking after around 8,000 patients in rural Lincolnshire. We use System One. We are high achieving, receive excellent patient feedback, and are rated ‘Good’ by the CQC. We are a training practice for GP trainees. The local area boasts excellent schools and affordable housing. We focus on providing great care for our patients and are committed to training and supporting both our clinical and non-clinical staff to deliver this.

The role requires an individual confident in managing staff with strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will balance strategic and financial management alongside general management, including human resources, health and safety, IT, and quality improvement. Supported by a finance manager and an experienced administration team, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a safe, effective and efficient practice. Additionally, there is excellent HR support available.
