Job Summary:
East Lindsey Medical Group is a well-established and highly regarded medical practice with two sites located in Louth and Tetford. The Position: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to delivering outstanding healthcare services.
Position Details:
- Role: Salaried General Practitioner
- Location: 2 sites as below:
Newmarket Surgery – 153 Newmarket, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 9EH
Tetford Surgery – West Road, Tetford, Lincolnshire, LN9 6QP
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Sessions: 6 – 8 Sessions per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients in accordance with best practice guidelines.
- Conduct consultations, assessments, diagnosis of patients’ health conditions and SystmConnect capability.
- Prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using SystmOne.
- 15-minute appointments
Essential Requirements:
- GMC registration and inclusion on the GP register.
- MRCGP qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience working as a General Practitioner in a primary care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
