We are a growing, rural, GP led Practice looking to enhance our existing Nursing team. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join us in a new post working 18 hours per week. We currently have a friendly, hard-working Nursing team comprising of 2 part-time Practice Nurses, HCA, junior HCA and a Care Co-ordinator who provide a full range of services to our patient population. We are looking to supplement the team with the addition of a forward-thinking, highly motivated individual who strives to provide the highest levels of service to patients. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive environment with not only the Nursing/Clinical team but also the wider Practice as it is our firm belief that it takes everyone in the Practice to work together to provide a quality, patient focused service.
