We are seeking an enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our busy but friendly town practice.

6 – 9 SESSIONS PER WEEK

We aim to provide high quality care to our practice population of 10000 patients located in Grantham

High QOF achievement
Supported by excellent GP, Nursing and Admin staff
No weekends Out-of-Hours or extended hours commitment
