HLMG is responsible for providing general practice healthcare to a population of 30000 patients within the Lincoln City boundary. We have 4 sites and employ 105 staff to support our vision. Born from the amalgamation of 3 practices in 2022, HLMG is an evolving organisation in which its communities and their healthcare are central to how we provide our services. The organisation has close links with the University of Lincoln, Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust, and the Lincolnshire Primary Care Network Alliance. Our PCN, Lincoln Healthcare Partnership PCN, is a forward thinking and supportive PCN which continues to provide opportunities to deliver different healthcare models and addressing current challenges of capacity and access, and health inequalities.
Our intention is to continually evolve and mature into a leading health service provider for Lincoln City by creating opportunities for our communities and teams.
Additional Information:
- There is a requirement to work a minimum of 6 sessions per week,
- We offer flexibility of working days and session timings across our sites.
- There is a requirement to work across all our sites.
- We are a highly organised practice, with a team of clinical and administrative staff, using a modern approach.

- 7 weeks holiday FTE pro-rata by number of weekly sessions (includes 1 week study/personal development)
